Role Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis for maternity leave cover.
This position is more than just admin — you’ll play a key role across multiple areas including accounts, social media, event planning, and client interactions. No two days are the same, and your contribution will be felt across the entire business.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
- Client Selections: Assist in managing client selection processes and related documentation.
- Social Media: Create and schedule content for social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Planning and Execution of Staff Events: Coordinate and organise internal events to engage and motivate staff.
- Website Maintenance: Update and manage website content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the Owner, Construction Manager, and Project Manager as required.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero.
- Experience using Buildertrend is preferred but not required.
- You have the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without needing support.
- Experience with social media platforms.
- High-performance mentality with a focus on task completion.
- Personable with the ability to build relationships across the team and with clients.
- Energetic, motivated, and able to fit in with our positive workplace vibe.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A good sense of humour and a positive attitude towards challenges.
