2025 has never looked better for this locally-owned & operated commercial vehicle servicing business. Having earned their stripes in the Queenstown market over the last 15 years, they are very excited to press go on expanding their operations into Cromwell!
Specialising in servicing commercial vehicles throughout Central Otago - they have built rock solid relationships over the past number of years which are now flooding vehicles into their Queenstown workshop. Due to an increased demand in Cromwell, a brand new fresh workshop is being opened and we are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to work alongside the Workshop Manager and drive the new location to success!

Role:
Is for a well-rounded leader in the diesel sector. You'll be fantastic with people, be process driven, and always striving for a successful outcome. Day-to-day you'll be working closely with the Director and Workshop Manager to get the new Cromwell workshop off the ground and thriving.
You'll need to have solid experience in the commercial vehicle industry and a decent knowledge of all things servicing, maintenance and repairs. The vehicles coming through the door varies so no two weeks will be the same - but you can expect to see the likes of Fuso Buses, a wide range of Civil Tip Trucks, Concrete Trucks & more.
Ideally we're searching for someone who's had previous Supervisor experience but we will also consider an experienced Diesel Mechanic who is looking to step-up. Alongside helping manage the team, while being happy to jump on the tools, we're on the lookout for an individual who wants to support with bringing in new business and reap the benefits of a successful workshop.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified heavy diesel mechanic with a background in the commercial servicing sector or similar
- Understand the importance of looking after & communicating well with your team
- Holds themself to a high standard & commits to the company vision
- Strong understanding & appreciation for H&S (First Aid Cert preferable)
- Ability to think on your feet and solve complex problems
- Great teamwork & communication skills
