Christchurch - Mechanical Fitter

We are recruiting for experienced Mechanical Fitters, for one of the world's leading manufacturers of horticultural equipment. This is a great opportunity to be involved in some exciting international projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Fitting together new equipment and machinery, primarily for the export market
• Collaborate with engineers

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Fitting role
• Confidently read engineering drawings/blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Any relevant certifications or qualifications could be advantageous
