Cabinet Maker

About the role

• Construct high quality custom cabinets based on design specifications.
• Interpret and understand design plans and specifications accurately.
• Ensure proper alignment, fit and functionality of cabinets during the construction process.
• Safely and efficiently operate tools and machinery as required for cabinetry making.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality, upholding the reputation of Aone.

• A trade qualified cabinetmaker/joiner with 5 years’ experience in cabinet making is desirable.
• Sound English communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Be in good physical health and capable of lifting up to 20kg from ground level to chest height.
• Demonstrated knack for being organised and managing time effectively, confident in working under pressure to deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to consistently producing high quality work.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience working with a variety of materials, finishes, dimensions, and specifications relevant to kitchen construction.
• Practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to problem-solve and logically find solutions on the job.
