• Lead and manage a small team to ensure high standards of visual merchandising.
• Create eye-catching displays that "wow" our customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Ensure all displays are maintained and updated regularly.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.
• Utilize excellent computer skills for ticket making and other related tasks.

• Proven experience in a merchandising role, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and creativity in display design.
• Previous retail experience in a fast-moving environment
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in ticket making and related software.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
