**What you’ll be doing**

Every day will be different. You’ll be involved in everything from high-performance builds to routine maintenance and testing. Your work will support our educational content and help us continue leading the industry in online motorsport training.

• Building, maintaining, and upgrading performance and race cars
• Assisting in the filming of technical content (you’ll be the hands behind the wrench)
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Preparing and maintaining our project cars for on-track use
• Collaborating with our content team to ensure accuracy and quality of technical demonstrations

**Who we’re looking for**

We're after an experienced mechanic or technician who’s genuinely excited about performance vehicles and motorsport. You’ll need to be confident working on a variety of platforms and systems, and willing to continuously learn and adapt.

• Hands-on experience with performance engines, wiring, fabrication, or chassis/suspension work
• A passion for cars, motorsport, and building things that go fast
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A willingness to appear on camera from time to time (you don’t need to be a presenter – just comfortable being filmed while you work)

Bonus: Experience with data logging, tuning, or race car prep

**What does the position pay?

We’re negotiable on both salary and relocation for the right person. Compensation will depend on your experience and skillset. Starting at 75k
