A level headed yet dynamic, positive & professional individual looking to make a real impact? We are seeking dedicated Team Leader to join our team to support a highly motivated Tetraplegic who enjoys staying active and engaged.
Full time position available, will need to have strong availability to take a hands on role with a variety of AM & PM shifts along with an allocation of time to work alongside our client to support administration tasks including rosters and team training.

Previous management experience with a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
NZQA Qualified: Minimum health and well being level 3.
A good understanding of 24/7 roster coordination.Experience in hands on training in relation to a care plan & job description.
Energetic Personality: Vibrant and engaging individuals.Good Communication Skills: Clear and effective in interactions.
Ability to Adapt: Flexible and responsive to changing needs.
Common Sense: Practical, everyday problem-solving skills.
Initiative: Proactive in anticipating and addressing needs.
Positive Attitude: Uplifting presence in challenging situations.
**Must Have drivers licence.
Job Details:Shifts Available: Day Shift (7am-5pm), Night Shift (5pm-7am includes sleep over period)
Rostered Shifts
Minimum Rate: $32 per hour (excludes sleep over) depending on qualifications & skill set.
Full Hours Available.Must be available to work 2 Weekend shifts per month.
Client does travel to support family commitments.
30+ hours per week.
Strong afternoon/evening availability including sleepovers.
Help drive & work along side our client so all afternoon/evening tasks & commitments are completed by evening team members.
Fully focused in committing to the role.
Role: This isn't just a caregiving position. You'll be supporting the client in managing their 24/7 support team.Including daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment.
Training: Comprehensive training provided by motivated client.
