We are currently seeking a part time Medical Receptionist to work onsite at a large industrial plant near Invercargill. This position will be Thursday’s and Friday’s 7.30am – 4pm, with the potential for full time in the future.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming communications
- Managing files, records, calendars, and diaries
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth running of the medical centre
To be considered, you will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Reliability
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Great references and a consistent work history
Previous experience would be preferred, but full training will be provided.
