We are looking for a Distribution Manager to join our company. We want you to manage all the behind-the-scenes management so that the drivers have the best systems and support to do their job well.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee smooth dispatch operations day to day and be able to schedule additional jobs within the run program.
Look for ways to improve the cost of storage and distribution efficiency and related costs with different suppliers.
- Make sure that health and safety obligations are being met with the review of policies, so they remain up to date. This also means checking that the staff licenses are up to date; and truck registrations are current.
- Helping to train, retrain, and give drivers feedback to ensure runs are completed within guidelines
Assess runs and identify improvements by understanding driver feedback to get the best route management possible that reduces costs and maintains safe driving practices.
- Use your understanding of business to look for new opportunities to expand the company as we are wanting to increase our client base
- Operating the system for recording our delivery details, costs, and so on. Managing communication with stakeholders.
- You will need to be a problem solver and have strong communication skills Making decisions about the best strategies for fleet management and growth You will be good at managing multiple tasks every day.
- You will be on a shift that sees you working the weekends and having time off during the week as we operate 365 days per year.
You will be an early riser as our drivers start their shifts early and are filling at our depot at 5.30 – 6.00 am.

Full-time permanent position of 32 hours per weekMust have a clean criminal record check
Clean driving licence
Pay rate $32 - $35 per hour depending on skills and experience.

- Atleast 6 months of valid experience in the respective field.
- A valid degree with a reputated university .
- Atleast 5.5 bands in IELTS or any english test that matches the criteria.
