Job description:

• Operating Concrete Pump, Concrete Pump and truck maintenance etc. and the occasional line pumping.
• Daily checks of vehicle including oil, water, fuel, air pressure, safety concerns and equipment security, Road User Charge Licence, hubodometer readings, etc.
• The Employee shall devote the whole of their working time, attention and abilities to the business of the Employer.
• Any other duties as requested and required by the Designated Manager

• Provide clear, polite, accurate verbal communication by telephone and face to face with clients and colleagues.
• Work constructively and proactively within the business.
• Acknowledge and support other team members in the workplace, and ensure that work in the field is undertaken in a conscientious and positive manner.
• Work, as and when required, to a high standard across reporting lines.
• Present a professional and pleasant image of Wanaka Concrete Pumping Limited to clients at all times.
• Optimise a positive working environment through best practice standards and adherence to company H&S policies and procedures
• Inspecting, cleaning, lubricating and refilling equipment

Job requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• physically fit as this job requires physical work and some heavy lifting
• Good communication skills

You will be working Mondays through to Fridays, some Saturdays may be required, between the hours of 3:00am to 7:00pm. This is a full-time and permanent position with guaranteed 30 hours per week.

Pay rate depends on your experience from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
