• Testing and Quality Control:

• Mix Design Adjustments - Monitoring and adjusting water-cement ratios, additives, and aggregates to optimise concrete performance
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate concrete deliveries
• Understand Mix design and ensure our concrete is above standard
• Optimise routes and fleet operations for peak efficiency
• Engage with customers and drivers to ensure top-tier service
• Work alongside operations teams to keep plant performance strong
