General hand - Shepherd - Dargaville

Oneriri Station is a privately owned 3,500 Ha dry stock station wintering 30,000 su. The station is located 20 km west of Kaiwaka and is on the shores of Kaipara Harbour.

This is a new position that offers a good variety work on a progressive property. We are seeking a self-motivated person who has experience in operating agricultural machinery and operation and maintenance of reticulated water supplies.

• Assisting with the maintenance and operation of the Station’s water system
• Tractor work
• Road, track and drainage maintenance
• Weed control
• Fencing
• Assistance with stock work (Feeding out, yard work, docking etc.)
• Any other tasks within your skill set that are deemed necessary to aid in the efficient running of the Station

The Station has a full range of modern high quality machinery and equipment to carry out these tasks.

A competitive salary is offered which includes a quality home on the farm. A school bus service for primary and secondary schooling is available from the front gate of this home.
