ERP Platform and Digital Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE - NGA AHUATANGA O TE TURANGA**

This is a pivotal role for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the drive to get things done.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead the ERP platform implementation and continuous improvement roadmap to ensure seamless integration with business processes.

Manage digital transformation projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Council to define objectives and deliver solutions that align with organisational goals.

Monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Analyse data and workflows to identify improvement opportunities that deliver an improved user and customer experience.

Oversee training and change management for digital tools.
