About the Role As the Service Manager, you'll take charge of the Service Department, focusing on customer care, team performance, and workshop operations. You'll ensure high standards across the board, from customer satisfaction to productivity, and be pivotal in guiding a driven team to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a strong service team, cultivating a positive, high-performance culture
  • Drive results to meet and exceed targets, budgets, and distributor standards
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, prioritizing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure efficient, correct processing of warranty work in line with distributor requirements
  • Communicate effectively across teams to align objectives and optimize outcomes
What You Bring
  • Dealership service experience with a background in team leadership
  • Proven track record in automotive service, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, especially under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging team members and customers alike
  • Automotive trade qualification preferred; eligibility to work in New Zealand
