Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for you to make fun, exciting contributions to the property and facilities at PB's Headquarters in Manukau! Our Operations Team is looking for an entry level/graduate in property management/business who is keen to help manage and administrate the ongoing building maintenance of our 7000 square meter headquarters + our retail branches! Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee building maintenance and liaise with contractors
  • Schedule preventive maintenance activities
  • Asset management
  • Keep track of all the maintenance/infrastructure documents
Requirements
  • The ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Administrative experience is a plus
