Accounts Administrator - Christchurch
We need help! We’re looking for an accounts administrator for 25- 40 hours per week at our busy and freshly renovated head office in Christchurch.
You’ll need to be reliable, accurate, and well-presented, with a drive to give your best every day. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a range of IT tools including payroll, MYOB, Xero and the suite of MS Office products. Duties will include creditor runs, monthly accounts, wages, and accounting/admin tasks that help our entire team.There is a lot of data entry so attention to detail is important. Experience with payroll would be an advantage.
You’ll need to have excellent computer skills and character referees who can vouch for your work ethic and reliability. Our working environment is friendly and fun, but we all like to work hard and set high standards for ourselves.
The job can be done during school hours over five days or for longer hours over four days if that works better for you.
