Butcher - Night Shift

We are looking for skilled butchers to join our exciting client team located in Hastings and Napier. We are seeking self-motivated, punctual, honest, reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:- Cutting, grading, packing, and storing high-quality meat products
- Operating knives and meat processing equipment
- Ensuring product quality
- Following food safety, health, and safety regulations
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with knives
- Ability to work in cold environments (due to freezer access) and in potentially hazardous conditions (handling knives)
- Physically fit and capable
- Strong communication skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and conviction check
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
Shift; NIGHT SHIFT. Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays.
