ABOUT THE ROLE - NGA AHUATANGA O TE TURANGA
Taupo District Council is looking for an enthusiastic Casual on Call Lifeguard for our busy Taupo Pools. You will be responsible for providing safe quality supervision and support and ensuring cleanliness of the pools and a safe swimming environment for all pool users.
A high level of customer service is essential.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - KEI TE KIMI MATOU I TENEI MOMO TANGATA- Motivated team player who has a strong work ethic
- Community focused individual with a high level of customer service
- Able to follow robust Health and Safety procedures and policy's and NZRA Pool-safe guidelines to industry standard.
- A level of fitness where you will be able to pass a timed swim and complete all assessments to gain NZQA PLPC nationally recognised Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate. (Must be over 16 to gain this qualification).
