• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
• Generating, issuing and managing invoices
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Conduct sales calls to new and existing customers to offer and book services.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the HVAC field.
• Monitor workplace health and safety to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate health and safety guidelines to employees

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of HVAC sales, products and services is highly desirable.
