Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes, maintaining high standards in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Keep food prep areas clean, organised, and well-stocked.

• Work closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and support teamwork across the board.
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and uphold health and safety regulations.

• Help monitor and control food costs by minimising waste.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and receiving deliveries.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Team spirit and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
