Carpenter

Tasks including;

• Frame work,
• Assisting in setting up the job site and preparing the layouts
• Helping with cutting and shaping wood parts for installation
• Assisting in erecting and fitting wood structures
• Erecting wood panels and frames during installation and joinery fitting as instructed
• Installing structures or fixtures
• Roof framing structure
• Fitting External Cladding, including installing scribers and soffits.
• Form work,
• Installing aluminum doors & windows,
• Installing Internal doors and locks,
• Installing Finishing Lines ,skirtings. Scotia and Architraves
• Handling power tools and machinery in a responsible & safe manner
• Clean work area, maintain job tools and machines daily after the work is done

• Strong work ethic;
• Team player;
• Physically fit and willingness to work hard;
• Good problem solving skill;
• Ability to read plans and specifications;
• Basic tool knowledge;
• Solid experience as a working carpenter, preferably with qualification.
• Ability to work on minor tasks unsupervised;
• Good eye for details;
• Have "can-do" attitude
• Own hand power tools would be ideal though we also provide it.

Our pay: $26-$33 per hour depending on skills and experience

You will be working a minimum of 30 hours per week and up to 60 hours per week.
