POSITION: Diesel Mechanic (or fitter/welder with heavy machinery mechanical experience) We require a full-time diesel mechanic to join our Service and Maintenance team in our modern, purpose-built workshop.

LOCATION: Workshop and Offices are based in Alexandra.

• Servicing and maintenance tasks on a wide variety of company vehicles and equipment
• Comply with our Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Some pneumatic and hydraulic repairs
• Occasionally carry out welding repairs on plant and equipment using MIG welder or arc welder

• We prefer a Qualified Diesel Mechanic but a general mechanic or fitter welder with “proven’’ mechanical

• Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, and honest
• Ability to work well with colleagues, be a team member
• Some welding experience would be beneficial
• Must be safety focused and willing to follow rules and processes
