Join our dynamic team at the Qantas Lounge in Auckland International Airport as a Cleaning Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring our guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

  • Perform basic stain removal and disinfect hard surfaces such as sinks, countertops, and toilets.
  • Dust and polish fixtures and fittings, ensuring all areas are spotless.
  • Clean glass surfaces, window coverings, and walls to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Remove waste and manage waste disposal effectively.
  • Follow company cleaning procedures and respond rapidly to urgent cleaning needs and spills.

He korero mou / About you:

  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Flexible approach and positive attitude towards work.
  • Good communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Physically fit and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to pass a police clearance and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
