About the Role
You’ll be an integral part of our kitchen team, managing your designated section with precision and flair. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their culinary career.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section.
- Manage your section, ensuring it’s always well-stocked and organized.
- Maintain consistency and precision in every dish, upholding the restaurant’s standards.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when needed.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
- Expertise in managing a section of the kitchen
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and plating standards.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for food and creativity.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
