We're Hiring: Talented Sous Chef Wanted!

Well-established and with a stellar reputation, our modern Italian/Sicilian restaurant in the heart of Paraparaumu is looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our awesome team.

Full-time position available – Start ASAP

Morning, evening, weekend, and split shifts required.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Has at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Can lead and motivate kitchen staff with confidence
  • Is experienced in stock control, ordering, and rotation
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Has a solid understanding of Food Hygiene, Safety, and Control Plans
  • Delivers exceptional food presentation
  • Ideally has experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
