Full-time position available – Start ASAPMorning, evening, weekend, and split shifts required.

- Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Has at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Can lead and motivate kitchen staff with confidence
- Is experienced in stock control, ordering, and rotation
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Has a solid understanding of Food Hygiene, Safety, and Control Plans
- Delivers exceptional food presentation
- Ideally has experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
