Requirements
What you'll be doing- Own and nurture strong relationships with our farmers, growers and agribusiness customers keeping them engaged and thriving
- Dive into data - monitor account health, track engagement, and uncover upsell opportunities
- Be proactive! Spot ways to drive value, increase adoption, and hit revenue growth targets
- Drive retention and expansion, ensuring customers see long-term value while meeting ambitious targets
- Work alongside a championship team to ensure customers get the best experience possible
- Experience in customer success or account management within a fast-moving SaaS environment
- A natural at building relationships and making a lasting impression
- Commercially sharp, target-driven, and comfortable using data to inform decisions
- Super organised with a knack for managing multiple projects
