  • Team Leader
  • Return-to-Work, you will be responsible for supporting all injury and illness recovery activities alongside our Third-Party Administrator and ACC.

You will also engage with relevant stakeholders for Injury and Illness management and return-to-work activities.

Reducing barriers for return to work, ensuring all legislative obligations are completed whilst ensuring our people understand the injury management recovery journey and expected return to work activities is key.
Ensuring District Leadership Teams are kept informed of deployment impacts and utilising District teams for successful return to work outcomes.

You will be responsible for the Return to Work Advisors ensuring a consistent approach with the Return-to-Work Team and wider Safer People group to support our people back to work after injury or illness in a safe, timely and sustainable way.

Key Accountabilities: Lead all Return-to-Work policies, processes and activities for the Team Build strong relationships across all parts of the business Build capability in Return-to-Work management Commitment to excellence and working as a high performing team Be courageous and curious in supporting our people.

Utu ā-tau | Salary This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $102,808 and $108,894 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
