In conjunction with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Alcohol and other Drug (AoD) Team, you will be co-ordinating care to meet identified needs of referred children and young people within the context of family, school and peer groups.About the Service/LocationThis role is part of Te Roopu Kimiora, Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug Service, based in Te Tai Tokerau - Kaikohe, in the Mid North.Our team delivers care to our rural and coastal communities.
