Key Responsibilities:- Complete residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and complies with relevant building codes.
- Work on various projects including new builds, renovations, and extensions.
- Interpret building plans and specifications to deliver quality results.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Trade qualification in carpentry or relevant building field.
- Proven experience as a residential builder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Own tools and transport are essential.
- Solid understanding of building codes and regulations in New Zealand.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Health and safety conscious, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
