Concorde Panel Beaters is looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, working closely with our Managing Director to take our business to the next level.Full Time role- 30 to 40 hours per week.

We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service to both individual customers and businesses, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand, increase awareness, and drive customer engagement.
The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract new customers, and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work across B2B and B2C marketing, leading initiatives that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing – Manage our online presence, including social media, develop and manage website content, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Brand Development – Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms.
- Customer Engagement & Retention – Design campaigns to attract and retain customers, improving their experience and loyalty.
- B2B & B2C Marketing Initiatives – Develop targeted strategies for both corporate clients and individual customers.
- Budget Management – Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies with measurable ROI.
- Project Management – Manage multiple marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Advertising & Communications – Develop creative campaigns to promote our services effectively.
- Partnerships – Build strong relationships with industry partners and insurance companies.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management or Business or related field, or Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications (preferably in the automotive, service, or trades industry) may substitute the qualification requirements.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to create and manage B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
- Strong skills in budget management and ROI-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
