The Opportunity
We are seeking a seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our Headmaster and lead the day-to-day operations of our welcoming school office.
This pivotal role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values excellence, and brings warmth and professionalism to everything they do. You'll be the trusted support for our Headmaster, lead our reception team, and play a key part in the organisation of school events and governance support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive support to the Headmaster, including calendar management and communications.
- Oversee the front office operations, leading a small team and ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient environment.
- Coordinate and support Board meetings and documentation with precision and discretion.
- Plan and execute school events that reflect the values and high standards of the school.
- Lead and manage the entire enrolment and admissions process—from initial inquiry through to student onboarding.
- Oversee the Kamar Student Management System, including data entry, term rollovers, and reporting.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager (experience in education or not-for-profit sectors an advantage).
- Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
- Professional discretion and high emotional intelligence.
- Confidence with digital tools, office systems, and event planning.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a great sense of humour!
