About the Role:We're on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager to build, manage and grow a dynamic portfolio of rental properties, while delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants - all in line with The Harcourts Promise.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll thrive in a supportive team environment while managing your own portfolio and ensuring best practice systems and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors
- Conduct rental appraisals and drive business development opportunities
- Manage property advertising, viewings, and tenancy applications
- Oversee property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Monitor rent arrears and ensure timely financial processing
- Represent clients at Tenancy Tribunal hearings when needed
- Keep up to date with industry legislation and compliance
- Minimum 12 months of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident using property management software (Palace, Tapi, Inspection Express)
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Team player with a professional, customer-first approach
