At Protek Electrical Services, we are a small team of specialist industrial electricians based in the South Auckland area.

This role will be a variety of installation and maintenance work, from being the key person to diagnose and rectify faults on critical, highly automated plant, design and build automation projects, to planned maintenance on process equipment.

What we need from you:

• Be a New Zealand Registered Electrician with a current practising license
• Hold a Full Class 1 Drivers License
• Possess the ability to interpret plans, drawings and specifications for installations, building and underground services
• Have experience in leading small teams, including upskilling of apprentices as required.
• Familiar with a fast paced automated environment
• Experience in general electrical maintenance practice such as equipment repair and failure analysis in an industrial environment.
• PLC and instrumentation experience is an advantage but not a must.
