About the roles:
- Site Manager
Our Site Managers also spend some time on the tools themselves.
- 2IC (Second in Charge)
The 2IC assists and supports the Site Manager across all aspects the work done on-site. In the temporary absence of the Site Manager, the 2IC will step up and assume the duties of the Site Manager.
Both roles are a crucial part of our team, working together to deliver top-tier builds to our high standards. Your knowledge and passion for the trade are key to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and developing talent within our team.

What we’re looking for:- Trustworthy, team-player with proven leadership and site management ability
- Extensive experience in high-end residential carpentry (pref. 10 years plus)
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making ability
- Pride in your work, with a strong focus on quality and detail
- LBP is beneficial
