Alandale lifecare is an independent living retirement village located on the banks of the Waikato River in Flagstaff. The village has approx 180 residents and the company is managed by a small friendly team of eight. The role of receptionist is a front-line role managing all our reception tasks including personal customer contact and all telephone enquiries.
This role could suit a person who is entering the workforce for the first time as full training and support will be provided on an on-going basis. The key tasks associated with this important role are, *greeting all residents, visitors and contractors at reception

- booking in contractors to the site
- answering all telephone enquiries
- receive and allocate all funds from residents for paid activities
- manage bookings for resident services
- administrative tasks associated with village activities
- Provide assistance to the Village Co-Ordinator on a daily basis
