Our Regions puni is looking for a Kaitohutohu, Haumitanga | Advisor, Investments. This role assesses applications for funding from kaitono, and monitors and audits approved contracts. Te whai wāhitanga | The opportunityA relationship builder, the Advisor, as part of a small team liaises with kaitono (applicants) and our regional kaimahi to help deliver effective investments across a portfolio of investment funds.

These investments support Māori communities to achieve their aspirations. You will: Assist with the investment delivery process for a range of applications for funding, each with varying levels of complexity. Includes proposal assessments, approval channels, agreement development, and contract management Ensure due diligence is completed at each stage of the process Help monitor and audit the impact of investments and write quarterly and monthly reports Assist with writing responses to requests for information, including Official Information Act and Ministerial Statements of Satisfactory Progress.Please note, this is not a role that involves investing in financial markets.The likely appointment range is $76,022 to $84,468 based on skills and experience.
