Sales Representative (Onsite)

Experience Required: 1 - 2 years in sales or customer engagement (preferred)

Role Summary

The Onsite Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering product or service solutions that align with the company’s mission. This role requires self-discipline, strong communication skills, and the ability to contribute to the team’s goals through consistent individual performance.

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals, products, and services
• Translate sales goals into personal daily targets and action plans
• Achieve defined sales objectives and KPIs, reporting progress regularly
• Use personal experience to help improve and standardize sales procedures for future team members
• Identify and report any risks that could impact individual or team performance
• Represent and nurture the company culture through positive customer interactions and team collaboration
• Utilize local platforms for lead generation and product visibility

• Relevant Bachelor Degree
• 1–2 years of experience in direct sales, retail, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Familiarity with local sales platforms and customer acquisition strategies
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently
• Strong personal integrity and professionalism in all dealings
• Capability to document and standardize processes for continuous team improvement
