Your Role in Our Mission:

As our Maintenance Engineer, you’ll help ensure our operations run smoothly by maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of our equipment and systems. You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to high standards, forward-thinking processes, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing machine and plant breakdowns to minimise downtime and keep production running.
  • Undertaking planned and preventative maintenance on both essential and non-essential plant equipment.
  • Manufacturing or fabricating suitable spare parts in the workshop where appropriate.
  • Supporting installation and commissioning of new machinery and upgrades.
  • Completing all maintenance records, logs, and compliance documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Working within a rotating shift pattern (2 weeks day shift: 7am–3pm, 1 week afternoon shift: 2pm–10pm).
  • Upholding high standards of health and safety across all maintenance activities.
