Our client is seeking an experienced Larder Chef with knowledge in specific dietary requirements. You will be responsible for efficient storage and preparation of cold foods and ensure proper food handling, cleanliness, and hygiene, and you may also prepare and assemble cold dishes for various events and meals.

Train interns on larder procedures, food preparation, and equipment use.
**About you:**- Experience within specific dietary requirements such as gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.
- Extensive knowledge in cookery
- Weekend and shift work is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- You will need to have your own knives, chef shirt and wear appropriate footwear
Rosters will vary and are sent out two weeks in advance.
