- Trade qualifications or relevant experience *(preferred but not essential)*.
- A Full Class 1 license *(minimum restricted)*.
- Reliable transport to get to and from work.
- Strong time management, a solid work ethic, and reliability.
- High commitment to Zero Harm and a strong understanding of safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a busy work environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and participate in random testing thereafter.
- Your own PPE *(e.g., safety boots)*.
