Service Manager

The opportunity has arisen for a Manager for our Service and Maintenance team in the Waikato.

Condair Air Conditioning is a well-established business in the HVAC and Refrigeration industry, with offices in Hamilton and Tauranga. We are a New Zealand owned and operated business capable of providing the full Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services package to the commercial and industrial sectors.

Our direct employees are 40 strong, including Design Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Managers, HR and H&S Manager, installers and technicians, some of whom have been here for 10-15 years. We provide a positive and professional working environment and regard the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees to the highest standard.

We provide services to over 450 clients in the extended Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Auckland regions, with sites ranging from Hospitals, Prisons, Schools, Commercial Factories, Restaurants and Veterinary Clinics, it is a testament to the service we provide.

• Train, teach, mentor and develop staff as well as overseeing new employee integration
• Delegate and direct service tasks
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers and sales representatives
• Maintain knowledge of industry laws and regulations and remain current on industry innovations

• Have strong organisational and management skills
