At Auckland City Toyota, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our flagship used car dealership in Auckland. This site is an iconic location with one of the largest used car inventories in the country, boasting over 300 cars in stock at all times.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a large team of Vehicle Consultants, motivating them to achieve sales and budget goals.
  • Oversee the sales process and ensure that your team provides exceptional customer service, contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Focus on inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales performance to keep the dealership operating at optimal levels.
  • Drive the business forward through strategic planning, team development, and leadership without the direct involvement of individual sales.

About You:

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in sales (automotive experience is a bonus, but not mandatory).
  • Management experience in sales is preferred, but if you're a top performer with leadership potential, we want to hear from you!
  • Strong resilience and determination to achieve goals, even when faced with challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with both customers and team members.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities.
