We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team

A Successful Candidate will join a well known HVAC & R company based in East Tamaki Auckland , Trading since 2014 - ASAER Ltd - is currently owner operated with huge potential for growth and we need the help of a Suitable - service manager to do this successfully !!

Other Details:

• Remuneration package - 100k Plus
• Profit share (Incentive - Possible to the right candidate )
• Company Vehicle & Fuel card
• Mobile phone
• Lap top
• Uniform
• Office hrs - Mon - Friday
• +/- 40hrs a week

Applicants will need the following Attributes:

• Have - Suitable qualifications in AC & Refrigeration ( Preferably - Trade Qualified )
• Demonstrate
• Leadership skills
• past experience
• Have - Experience - running a team of service & installation technicians
• Have - Experience in Quoting AC & Refrigeration repairs , Installations and service work
• Have - some financial & budgeting experience
• Understand NZ health & safety requirements
• Be Able to - Manage customer needs and contracts
• Be able to - work unsupervised
• Be able to - communicate in english (written & verbal)
• Have - some computer skills
• Have a - clean NZ drivers licence
• Have the - required work visa or NZ residence permits
• Be able to - Grow company interests ( New Business development)
