Leading Hand Carpenter - Christchurch

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team in the Canterbury region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small crew, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a small team of carpenters on-site
• Ensure high-quality workmanship across all tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
• Monitor progress and maintain safety standards
• Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues
• Assist with hands-on carpentry tasks as required

Requirements:
