Mō te tūranga | About the Role

We’re seeking a tech enthusiast with a flair for processes to join our IT Team as a Helpdesk Support Technician. This role is integral to our operations, offering support and ensuring the smooth running of our systems.
  • You'll be the go-to person for all things tech support, helping everyone stay connected and sorted with their IT needs.
  • Providing ad hoc training and delivering the IT Induction training to all new staff.
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of residential communication systems.
  • You'll help keep our tech gear in check with regular audits and ensuring anything tech related is following health and safety guidelines.

  • Monday to Friday (1.0 FTE)

Previous experience is not a prerequisite because we provide on-the-job training. You will either be an experienced Helpdesk Technician looking for a change or you are simply looking for a career where you can celebrate your enthusiasm and passion for helping others: To thrive as a Helpdesk Technician at Hōhepa you will be:

  • Ideally experience in a service desk environment.
