High Profile Security Officers
We have an exciting opportunity for you to be a specialised, High Profile Security officer, part of an industry leading team providing professional security services for a highly secure environment.This newly created role will manage the Security, Systems and Processes to ensure the highest quality of service, while maintaining a safe and secure environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will excel at people engagement - listening, supporting, and influencing are all keys to success.
About the role:You must be physically fit, hyper-observant, quick on your feet and understand the importance of teamwork to effectively manage the specialised security needs of this site.
About you:- High-level of customer service experience
- You will have a high level of sound problem solving skills
- Be physically fit
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (this is a must)
- Can pass specialised security clearances (also a must)
- Gallagher Security System experience is favourable, but not essential. We will train and the support the right person in this role.
- Have a current Certificate of Approval and preference will be given to those with previous security experience
- $24.50 starting rate during the site setup period.
- Increasing to $26.00 for the right staff, once the site is fully operational + Company Benefits
- 24/7 guarding required so a 12 hour per shift roster to suit your lifestyle
