Brook Carr Building is looking for a Foreman to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential builds, working closely with architects and clients to deliver exceptional homes.

• Lead a team of skilled carpenters and apprentices on-site
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standard
• Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and clients
• Maintain a safe and efficient worksite
• Problem-solve and make decisions that keep the build progressing smoothly

• Trade-qualified carpenter with leadership experience
• Strong understanding of high-end residential construction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage workflows and mentor apprentices
• A keen eye for detail and quality craftsmanship
