HES Earthmoving Ltd is a proudly family-owned and growing company specialising in Forestry Roading, Quarrying, and Civil Earthmoving across Hawks Bay and Tararua. We’re excited to offer a newly created opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our high-performing team.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can take full ownership of projects from concept to completion, and values the strong team culture we’ve built. You’ll be working across a diverse portfolio of projects, scale from large to small.

• What You’ll Bring:
• Proven experience delivering civil projects, ideally subdivisions, drainage, or infrastructure work
• Ability to manage multiple projects or one large project from start to finish
• Confidence handling all project financials, including claims, variations, and reporting
• Strong communicator, able to liaise effectively with engineers, clients, subcontractors, and councils
• Experience in an earthmoving environment, with hands-on knowledge of plant and machinery operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to think on your feet, make decisions quickly, and lead from the front
• A NZ restricted licence (minimum); RTW licence is an advantage
