Key Responsibilities:- Fitting and installing tyres on a variety of agricultural machinery, heavy vehicles, trucks, trailers, and more.
- Inspecting and assessing tyres for wear, damage, and suitability, offering advice on replacement or repair options.
- Repairing and maintaining tyres, including handling punctures and other common issues in agricultural and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Assisting with general tyre servicing, balancing, and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensuring all work is completed with the highest standard of safety and efficiency.
- Providing excellent customer service and support, offering advice on tyre maintenance for optimal vehicle performance.
- Participating in on-call rotation to support urgent customer needs during after-hours or weekends.
- Previous experience as a tyre fitter, particularly with heavy vehicles or agricultural machinery minimum 2 years’ experience
- Strong understanding of tyre fitting and maintenance practices for large vehicles.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues on agricultural or heavy-duty vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend work when required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Experience working with agricultural machinery or large commercial vehicles.
- OTR tyre experience (desirable but not essential)
- Forklift or truck driving license (desirable but not essential).
