Receptionist/Administration Support

Part-time

The team at ABL, Dunedin are seeking the services of a cheerful, confident, hardworking person with a positive attitude for the role of Receptionist/Administration support.

In this role you will:
  • Greet and welcome all visitors to the office
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Distribute emails and queries to the appropriate person(s)
  • Match and code invoices from suppliers and sub-contractors
  • File documents and correspondence
  • Other general administration tasks as required
This position will require you to assist with other tasks so you will need to be adaptable, solution driven and a team player who is willing to take on additional duties within our busy office.

This position can be flexible, minimum of 30hours per week.

The successful applicant will need to:
  • Be able to communicate with people whether on the phone, face to face or via email
  • Have good organisation and communication skills
  • Have attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a friendly professional environment
  • Be able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Hold a current NZ full drivers licence and clean driving record
